EP67 series electric screw brick press is a pressure equipment designed according to the pressing process of the refractory industry. It adopts switched reluctance motor and is driven by a first-stage belt. It has the characteristics of compact structure, large working table, high mold installation height, and convenient operation and maintenance. Mainly used in refractory material industry, ceramic industry, especially suitable for pressing refractory bricks and other powder products.
The electrical control system adopts programmable controller (PLC) as the main control element to realize real-time control of the whole machine, and adopts human-machine interface (HMI) to realize the information exchange between the operator and the machine. It can realize high-precision programmed speed control, so that the machine can meet the technological requirements of various workpiece forging.
